Vendor Terms Of Service
These General Terms of Service (“General Terms”) are a legal agreement between you, as a current or prospective Vendor of Builder Mall services (“you,” “your”) and Builder Mall (“we,” “our” or “us”) and govern your use of Builder Mall services. By using any of the Services, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. You also agree to any additional terms specific to Services you use (“Additional Terms”), such as those listed below, which become part of your agreement with us (collectively, the “Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent to us that you have authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms, and that business accepts these Terms.
Shops Account Registration
You must open an account with us “Shops”) to use the Services. During registration we will ask you for information, which may include but is not limited to, your name and other personal information. You must provide accurate and complete information in response to our questions, and you must keep that information current. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Shops Account, including for any actions taken by persons to whom you have granted access to the Shops Account. We reserve the right to change the account type, suspend or terminate the Shops Account of anyone who provides inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information, or who fails to comply with the account registration requirements.
Revisions
We can make updates to our terms of service at any time, and we’ll notify you of these updates as appropriate. By continuing to use our services after these updates, you agree to the revised terms.
You also agree to receive notices from us electronically.
We may amend the Terms at any time with notice that we deem to be reasonable under the circumstances, by posting the revised version on our website or communicating it to you via email. The Revised Version will be effective as of the time it is posted, but will not apply retroactively. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of a Revised Version constitutes your acceptance of such Revised Version.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Myanmar.
Restrictions
If we reasonably suspect that your Shops Account has been used for an unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purpose, you give us express authorization to share information about you, your Shops Account, and any of your transactions with law enforcement.
Copyright And Trademark infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and ask you to do the same. We respond to all valid claims that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, and when appropriate will suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for restricting access to the Services from your compatible mobile devices and computer(s). You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or Shops Account or any other breach of security. You will immediately take all reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of a security breach and will cooperate with Shops and provide all information requested by Shops to remediate the breach. Any assistance provided by Shops in relation to a security breach does not in any way operate as acceptance or acknowledgement that Shops is in any way responsible or liable to you or any other party in connection with such breach.
In the event of any dispute between two or more parties as to account ownership, we will be the sole arbiter of such dispute in our sole discretion. Our decision (which may include termination or suspension of any Shops Account subject to dispute) will be final and binding on all parties.
Pricing Policy
Vendor shops must be provided the actual market price. If Vendors’ Product Price updated by themselves, Builder Mall does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties.
It is not responsible from Builder Mall. It will be directly responsible on Vendor shops.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. But you may need to inform in advance 2 Months before contract expired.
Returns & Refund Policy
All refunds requested by customers will be initiated by Builder Mall using the balance in the applicable Vendor account. If there are insufficient funds, Builder Mall will process the refund by contacting with vendors.
Vendors must honor refunds if requested by the customer within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds can take 3-10 business days to complete. (Remark: Some Items not included in this Returns & Refund Policy)

Overview
This website is operated by Builder Mall. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Builder Mall. 1. Account
1.1 You must register with an account and login before you can place orders on the website. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provided on registration or at any time are complete and correct.
1.2 When you register for the Website, you will be asked to create a password. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You are responsible for all activities and orders that occur under your password. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else or if the password is being used in an unauthorized manner.
1.3 By registering for the website, you consent to receive promotional communication and newsletters from Builder Mall. You may opt out at any time either by unsubscribing in “My Account” or by contacting customer services on the details given on the Website (“Customer Services”).
2. Availability on the Website
2.1 Although Builder Mall aims to offer the best service possible, Builder Mall makes no promise that the service on the website will meet your requirements. Builder Mall cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service, you should report it to Customer Service Team and we will attempt to correct the fault.
2.2 Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services.
3. Intellectual property
3.1. The contents of the Website are the sole property of Builder Mall and may not be copied, reproduced or used for any commercial purpose without the consent of Builder Mall.
3.2. You may not use the Builder Mall trademark or any other trademarks of Builder Mall without the consent of Builder Mall.
4. Right to suspend or cancel your account
4.1. Builder Mall may suspend or cancel your account with the website immediately at our discretion, if:
1.a) you breach any obligation under these Terms and Conditions;
2.b) we have any reason to believe that you are using the website for any fraudulent purpose; or you breach any law or regulation in the course of using the website.
5. Third Party content
5.1 The website may include third party content including advertising, sponsorship or customer reviews or links to third party content. Builder Mall is not responsible for ensuring that the third party content complies with relevant laws and regulations and will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in the third party content.
6. Products And Services
This site is operated by Builder Mall. Vendors operate stores and sell product lines through the Builder Mall Site. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from Builder Mall. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their websites). Builder Mall does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties.
7. Vendor/Buyer Payment Terms
Vendor must be handled for buyer payment and negotiate with buyer. If Builder Mall need to handle on it, Builder Mall will charge some amount for convenience fee.
